Near record highs Thursday before storms sweep through
It has been hot, but so far, no records. Feels Like temperatures are in the upper 90s! Thursday will be another HOT afternoon with near record highs before scattered showers and storms shake things up. Locally heavy rounds of rain with strong to severe storms will be possible Thursday and Friday.

Thursday: Near record highs continue under partly cloudy skies before showers and storms sweep through. Morning lows in the upper 60s to low 70s. Afternoon highs in the low to mid 90s inland, 80s along our beaches. Scattered showers with storms, some strong to isolated severe will sweep through late Thursday afternoon, 30-40 percent. Wind: SW 5-15 mph.
